What this website processes

www.parkping.com.tr is a static marketing site. It has no accounts, no forms, no cart and no payments. No third-party request is made before you give explicit consent.

  • Strictly necessary: a browser storage entry pp_consent_v1 holding only a version, your analytics choice and a timestamp. It contains no identifier and is never sent to a server.
  • Optional, consent-based: Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregate page statistics).
  • Art. 6(1)(b) contract — account, vehicle/tag pairing, messaging
  • Art. 6(1)(a) consent — parking location, saved places, website analytics
  • Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interests — security and abuse-prevention records, hosting logs
  • Art. 6(1)(c) legal obligation — records required by law

Recipients and international transfers

Only actually configured processors are disclosed: the hosting provider, Supabase (database, authentication, functions, storage) and — only after your consent — Cloudflare, Inc. for Web Analytics. Cloudflare states that it transfers a limited amount of personal information overseas. Transfers rely on the safeguards foreseen in Art. 44–49 GDPR.

Payment, shipping, SMS and error-monitoring providers are not configured and are therefore not disclosed as recipients.

Retention

Personal data is kept no longer than necessary. The maximum periods are listed in the Turkish retention summary. Some periods are currently enforced on request and by administrative action rather than by an automated scheduled job; your right to erasure applies regardless and is answered within the statutory deadline.

Your rights (Art. 15–22 GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time (Art. 7(3)) — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. Requests are free of charge and answered within one month (Art. 12), extendable by two months for complex requests with notice.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your EEA country of residence.

No tracking on the tag-scan surface

The surface opened by scanning a QR/NFC tag runs no analytics, no cookies and no tracking of any kind. This is enforced by automated tests.

Automated decision-making

No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR is carried out.
